Healthy Tips
Exercise or work on doing some physical activity for your health to keep you active. Make sure the exercise or activity that you do is something you enjoy and want to do.
Consider improving your daily diet by including with some of your daily meals fruits and vegetables and cutting down on foods that are high in calories and fat content.
Get enough sleep consider from seven to nine hours of sleep if possible. If you are not able to do this consider taking naps during the day if you are able to do this.
See your doctor for your medical check-ups and testing if need to keep on top of your health at least once a year.
Consider possibly taking vitamins which are important as we age. Check with your doctor on what the best vitamins and supplements may be best for you.
Keep your mind active by doing different things that keep you mind challenged such as puzzles, reading, learning a new language or something else that you may choose as a challenge for your yourself.
Enjoy yourself by doing the things you love like your favorite hobby, volunteer in your community, travel, join a club or sports team, learn a new language, go to a museum, attend a play or concert or create a new hobby for yourself.
Keep your yourself healthy by taking care of your finances.
